ape yang menarik sgt yg saye nk kongsikan adalah tentang timing for release or launch the Secret Recipe itself.. for him by thinking out of the box he choose to launch during RECESSION... tau x ape tu? mase ekonomi menjunam tulah die ambek peluang n start semuanya.. ape yg die nampak??? kan org ramai menganggur, kena diberhentikan, kuasa membeli berkurangan, inflasi, nilai ringgit jatuh , yang kawen x jd n kawen dan ehh banyak lah.... so kite tgok ape die fikir...
a) lokasi
banyaklah kedai2 tutp mase ni kan.. so he takes the OPPOTUNITY! boleh pilih kedai mane ko nak hambeklah yang paling strategik sebab owner shop dah mengalami kerugian rmai yg shut down kedai so rental offer pon msti baek kan.. dgn tawaran mcm 6 bulan for free, next 3 year at low price. ha punyalah nk bagi org maintain on business kan... datuk pon ameklah yg terbaik..
b) advertising

pa dia ni plak aih?? maknanye, bile x ramai yg nak buat iklan mase ni die dptlah pluang iklankan SECRET RECIPE tu byk kali berulang-ulang kalinya...maka org dok tengok byk kali n dok ingat la ape bendenye secret2 ni kan...
c) positioning
konsep perniagaan, fine dining.. mknanyer adalah waiter and waitresses,the "waiter" for u yg serve anda sume.. mase ekonomi x elok kan mane ade org nk pi mkn kat hotel2 mcm tu kan tp still Secret Recipe mahukan imej yg baik so target market die utk golongan YUPPIES.. young professional ...yg pkai smart2, tie bagai lah kan.. ha dowg ni mesti pntgkan class jgk a kan.. time x dak duit mana pon sti begaye ag.. ha ni lah pilihan dowg utk hang out ke dating ke meeting ke...kot la kan...
